By accessing or using SzyrineAPI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

01 ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (DDoS).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

02 API LIMITATIONS

SzyrineAPI places limits on the number of requests you may make to the API (Rate Limiting). We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that exceed these limits to ensure the stability of the system for all users.

03 TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your API key and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SZYRINE API INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF THE OUTPUT GENERATED BY AI MODELS.
